Your responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for project teams.

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.

• Communicate project status, progress, and impediments clearly to all stakeholders.

• Foster a collaborative environment, driving accountability and team performance.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a tech or software development context.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation through closure using various methodologies.

• Strong command of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile principles.

• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
